Message from CEO
Our company was founded in 1924 by our founder, Mr Tosuke Nishide, in Tenma, Osaka.
For many decades, we operated as a dried nori wholesaler, supporting the food industry through reliable distribution.
Around 1996, recognizing the changing needs of the market, we made a decisive transformation into a processing
manufacturer—one that produces and delivers nori products with greater value and responsibility. Since then, our mission
has been clear: to respond swiftly and sincerely to the needs of our customers.
Today, we secure a stable, year-round supply of nori by carefully procuring raw materials during the fishing season. We
are committed to providing products that are safe, reliable, and consistent in quality—standards that modern customers
rightly expect.
We firmly believe that a company is its people. For this reason, we place great importance on developing individuals
across every department, sharing a common vision, and working together toward the same goals.
Nori is a profoundly complex and delicate food product. Our experienced sales representatives take the time to explain
its characteristics with care and clarity.

| 1924 | Mr. Tosuke Nishide founded a general food store in Sugawara-cho (Tenma), Kita-ku, Osaka City. |
